School History
Haiti Empowered started its first trade school in Kasany in 2023. The first three subjects were sewing, plumbing and electrical (we have now added ceramics). Kasany was a village full of spiritual gloom. In this area, people could not send their children to school and found it difficult to find work. Haiti Empowered works hard to preparing students with skills so they can find jobs. These skills are needed at our facilities and may become business opportunities.
