Nestled by the majestic sea, Pèmiyen is a village of unparalleled beauty. However, beneath its picturesque facade lay a challenge: the distant schools were beyond the reach of many children, both in terms of distance and affordability. As a result, the sea's shores often echoed with the laughter of children engrossed in games, their potential untapped. Today, joy permeates the village air, not just from the sea's lullabies, but from the presence of a school within their midst. The village rejoices, for education is now at their doorstep.
